Shipment processing times: 3-4 business days.
Methods of shipping: Standard surface courier.
Costs: Free for orders over Rs.1000. Rs.100 is standand shipping charges for across India for orders upto Rs.1000.
Delivery time: We ship the goods from our warehouse located in Chennai. Delivery time is 2-3DAYS for pincodes located in South India. 3-5days for Rest of India.
Tracking orders:We will share the AWB number through email one day after we ship the goods.
Shipping restrictions: We will not ship the goods on Sundays and declared holidays. Also we will avoid shipping when we have information about heavy rains or conditions which will damage the shipments.
Damaged or lost items: Any items received in damaged condition should be brought to our attention with proofs of photograph of the package. We will instruct you accordingly on the next things you need to do.
Upon receipt of the damaged goods back we will initiate a refund or re-ship the order as per your instructions.
Cancellation Policy: You are free to cancel your order anytime before we ship the product. We will not ship the product if we get your intimation for cancelling prior to shipping. We will initiate the full refund for the cancelled order. If the product has been shipped we will not be able to cancel the order and process any refunds.
